Zune 16 on Sale $199

The Zune 16 arrives Sept 16th with new Wi-Fi features and colors. Be Sure to examine the Zune vs iPod chart for full specificaitons. The 16gb Zune checks in at the same dimensions as the old 4gb version. Sync wirelessly and share songs on the fly. Use the FM tuner to find new music and try the "buy from FM" feature to download somthing you hear on the radio.

16GB Zune - Coming in 2008

During our conversation with our inside source at Microsoft we brought up the possibility for a Zune 16. We know the iPod touch is introducing a 16gb model and had to ask if the Zune would compete in that market segment. Our source simply indicated that no 16gb Zune was currently in production, but it seemed a logical step forward. The Zune 16 may be the last stand alone MP3 device prior to the convergence of the player and cell phone. A Zune phone may be coming in 2009. Until then look for a 16gb Zune in fall of 2008 as part of the next generation Zune lineup.
